4 tablespoons butter
2 cups flour
1 cup sugar
1  1/2 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon salt
3/4 cup orange juice
1 tablespoon minced orange zest
1 egg
1 cup chopped fresh cranberries
