1 C brown sugar
½ C white sugar
1 C shortening
2 eggs
1 ½ t vanilla
2 ½ C flour
1 t baking soda
1 t salt
M & M enough to decorate
Cream shortening and sugar. Add eggs and vanilla. Mix dry
ingredients. Combine dry mixture and egg mixture. Chill in refrigerator. Form
into spheres; flatten. Decorate with M & M candies. Bake at 350 degrees for
8-12 minutes, depending on size of cookie.
