Easy Sugar
Cookies
2 ¾ C Flour
1 t baking
soda
½ t baking
powder
1 C butter,
softened
1 ½ C sugar
1 egg
1 t vanilla
Combine
flour, baking soda, baking powder; set aside.
Cream butter
and sugar.
Beat in egg
and vanilla.
Gradually
blend in dry ingredients.
Roll out
between sheets of waxed paper.
Use small
wineglass as cookie cutter to make circles.
Bake 4
minutes at 350. Turn cookies over. Bake additional 2-3 minutes.
