Pineapple Spice Cookies
2 C flour
1 t baking powder
1 t baking soda
1 t salt
1/2 C shortening
1/2 C sugar
1 t cinnamon
1/2 t nutmeg
1/4 t cloves
1 egg
2/3 C drained crushed pineapple
12 minutes at 350 degreess (six minutes on one side, six minutes on the other side)
